The checker forgets you instantly.

The free checker runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent to us, stored, or sold — there is no server copy of your answers because there is no server in the loop.

What we never ask for

We never ask for your carrier login or password, or your phone's IMEI — not in the checker, not in the kit, not by email. Anyone asking for those in this site's name is not us. The checker asks only for the facts of the situation: carrier, plan, what happened, dates, and counts.

What is collected

Checker answers: processed locally in your browser; never transmitted or stored.
Payments: processed by Stripe under Stripe's own privacy policy; we receive confirmation of purchase, not your card details.
Email: if you write to help@doogex.com, your message is used to answer you and for nothing else.
Ordinary server logs: the hosting provider records standard request data (pages fetched, timestamps) as any website does.
