The numbers · claim limits

How many claims do you actually get?

One customer found out the hard way, in a complaint that says it for thousands: "I'm still paying for insurance even though I cannot file any more claims ever again… They said I only get three claims." The limit is real, it is per plan, it is counted on a rolling 12 months — and the count itself is sometimes wrong. Here is the table and the audit.

The limit table

Counting errors that steal claims

When the count is right

The window is rolling: the limit frees up as your oldest claim ages past 12 months. Calendar that date — filing a day early buys a denial that sits on your record. And note the quiet fact in the complaint that opened this page: premiums keep charging after the limit is hit. If you cannot claim for months, that is worth a hard look at whether the plan should stay on the bill at all — the worth-it math page runs those numbers honestly.
