The denial decoder
Yes — the plan you pay for is an insurance contract, and contracts have conditions. But the conditions are a written list, not a mood. This page is the list: what the terms genuinely allow Asurion (and Assurant) to deny for, what they do not allow, and the space in between where denials get reversed.
Some denials are correct applications of terms the customer never read — the SIM genuinely was in another phone, the window genuinely closed. This site will tell you when that's your case (the checker does it mechanically) rather than sell you a fight you can't win. The denials worth fighting are the ones where the terms were misapplied, the record is wrong, or the first desk never saw the document that decides it. That is a larger share of denials than the denial letter wants you to believe — and the reversal record at the BBB is the proof.

The pages above are the map. The kit is the paperwork: the trap map, the tables, the decoder, the complaint packs, and the worksheets that keep every number and clock in front of you.
